The most important decision for an entrepreneur that determines growth is how clear they are in knowing what they do, how they do it, and what is the outcome they create for their clients.

Are you a training company or a coaching company? Are your clients are easily available on Facebook or LinkedIn?

The potential growth of your business has less to do with the latest trend and tactics, instead, more to do with clarity and consistency of action you take.

2. Results

What results are you attaining for your clients? Understanding the type of results that you can promise your clients and your ability to deliver those results predictably is a key factor to the success of your enterprise.

Most often forget the part of consistency and predictability.

3. Is it easy to Understand

Business owners tend to believe that their clients understand everything they’re saying. Most clients are not as aware as the business owners, hence most product explanations are not understood by the clients.

1. Get Help

Resistance to hiring talented individuals in the company is often the reason entrepreneurs tend to overwork themselves. We often find that entrepreneurs with the attitude of “I can do this faster” to be the ones who are most stressed. The companies they run are also the ones that are often experiencing slower to negligible growth.

The secret to getting the right help for the company is to hire for attitude. To hire talent based on tasks that yield the least returns.

2. Not doing what doesn’t need doing

Most tasks we have as entrepreneurs are repeatable. Emails that we send out, messages we post, sales conversations we have. There are patterns to these tasks. The most common path that entrepreneurs tend to take is to do them as if they are new tasks. Using all our creative energies in the mundane.

Instead, what if we protect our creative energy and utilize it for exponential growth. The mundane can be delivered in a systematic approach.

3.Trend-spotting

Businesses follow seasons and trends. Once we observe these trends, we can make educated decisions on what to focus and what not to focus on a particular season. When trends are not observed we expect the same result at all times, sometimes even better results.

If we spot trends, we can find the key seasons for the business. This reduces business anxiety and increases predictability. It also allows for more mental space for the entrepreneur.

4. Less is More

Entrepreneurs are made to believe that more activity in their business means more revenue for the business. Most of the time this thought process hurts the business more than it helps. Doing less is good for business. Sending fewer emails helps. Working fewer hours helps.
